Today was a "wake up and drive all day" affair. Those are usually great days. As long as you don't drive east on I-10 when you need to be driving west. I hear that can add an extra hour to your day. I wouldn't know, but that's what I hear.
I'm starting to miss the cooler temperatures already; my windshield is seemingly more effective than a score of bug zappers. If you have a bug problem just hang a truck windshield on your porch and every bug in a 3 mile radius will fly straight into it. Yep. Not much else to report. I'll deliver in the a.m. and pick up my load to Alabama.

After working a few years in a professional environment, my job fell victim to the burst of the housing bubble and subsequent economic downturn. The upside was that I finally had the opportunity to try something I had long wanted to do - drive a tractor-trailer. This is my story as it happened.

Dad wants to know where you come up with the ideas of what to write about. I told him you are just creative, but how do you do it? Dad also said the weather is looking like bad rain tomorrow for you heading out of Texas. Heard there was a trucker that shot someone who was stoning his truck.
